Check your email and download your ticket.
Present your ticket at the venue entrance or turnstile.
Once scanned, you can enter and enjoy the park.

Please bring a valid Photo ID or Passport for entry verification.
Shared transfers (if selected) are available from centrally located areas:
Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina
Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic and location.
Food, rides, souvenirs, and additional experiences inside the park are at your own cost.
Kids must wear the complimentary safety wristband provided at the entrance.
Pets, outside food, or beverages are not allowed.
Wheeled devices (skateboards, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, etc.) are prohibited.
Proper attire is required: shoulders and knees must be covered for all guests.
Last entry is permitted 30 minutes before closing time.
Children below 3 years and seniors above 65 years enter free.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in vehicles during transfers.
