Arrive 30–60 minutes early for the entry process.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
Each rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Ain Dubai may temporarily close due to weather conditions or technical reasons.
