Begin the Experience Before Sunrise
Your journey starts early in the morning as you arrive at the launch site before dawn. Upon arrival, you’ll head to the Majlis area and be welcomed with Arabic dates, tea, coffee, and gahwa. After watching a safety video and receiving a briefing from the expert crew, you’ll proceed to the launch area where you can watch and participate in the balloon setup. As the vibrant balloon inflates and the basket is prepared—it’s time to climb aboard and lift off into the sky.
Admire Stunning Desert Views from Over 4,000 Feet
As the balloon ascends to heights of over 4,000 feet, enjoy serene, panoramic views of Dubai’s endless golden dunes. Witness a magical desert sunrise and admire the peaceful desert surroundings from a 360-degree perspective. Mandatory Requirements
Emirates ID or Passport copy for each passenger is required at booking as per GCAA regulations.
Upload documents via: https://balloonflightswaiver.com/ at least 24 hours before the flight.
Complete and sign the waiver form on-site before flying.
A valid WhatsApp number is required for flight communication.
Pickup & Transfers
Shared transfers are NOT available from:
Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah & other Emirates.
Private transfers are available from Dubai & other Emirates at an additional cost.
Pickup time will be shared between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM the night before your flight.
Be ready 10 minutes before your pickup; delays may result in missed flights with no refund.
Transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic.
Age, Weight, & Health Restrictions
Children under 5 years and adults over 70 years cannot fly.
Max weight: 119 kg. Guests above this limit require pilot approval and may incur extra charges.
Pregnant women cannot participate.
Guests must be physically fit and able to climb in/out of the basket and brace during landing.
Not suitable for guests with:
Heart conditions
Serious knee/back issues
Recent major surgeries (within 6 months)
Fear of heights
Disabilities (mental, emotional, or physical)
Safety & Conduct
No heavy luggage is permitted.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied boarding.
Wear comfortable clothing; no high heels.
Balloon flights depend on weather conditions.
The pilot has full authority to cancel or alter the flight for safety.
If canceled due to weather, guests may choose the next available date or receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure → 100% refund.
Cancel within 48 hours of departure → 100% charge, no refund.
No-show: Full charge, no rescheduling.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–11 business days.
