Present your ticket at the counter to receive your wristband.
Wear the wristband throughout your visit for access to all zones.
📌 Important Information
Transfers are available only from centrally located Dubai areas (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina) if selected.
Shared transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes based on traffic and location.
Queue lines close 30 minutes before park closing time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
IMG tickets include access to Marvel, Lost Valley, Cartoon Network, IMG Boulevard, and The Haunted Hotel.
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children below 1.05m in height enter free.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and outside food or drinks are strictly prohibited.
Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed in vehicles for tours that include transfers.
