Terms & Conditions – Itripolo Tour & Travel L.L.C

Effective Date: November 20, 2025

1. Definitions

  • “Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Itripolo” means Itripolo Tour & Travel L.L.C.

  • “Client” / “You” / “Your” means the person(s) who books or uses our services.

  • “Supplier” / “Third-party provider” means any airline, hotel, local operator, excursion provider, visa office, insurer, or other provider of services used in connection with your trip.

  • “Services” means the travel-related services offered by Itripolo, including but not limited to flights, hotels, tours, visa assistance, transfers, and excursions.

  • “Booking” means the contract between you and us once we issue a confirmation / invoice.

  • “Force Majeure” means any event beyond our or the supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, or severe weather.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  1. A contract between you and Itripolo for the Services is formed only when:
    a. You complete the booking process and provide all required information (name, contact, passport / visa info, etc.).
    b. We issue you a confirmation invoice or booking voucher.
    c. You pay the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

  2. Until the deposit or payment is received, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your booking.

  3. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.


3. Prices & Payment

  1. Our prices are quoted in the currency mentioned in the package or invoice, but may change until full payment is received. This is because of possible fluctuations in currency, supplier costs, fuel surcharges, or other factors. akshayaindia.com+1

  2. A deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking. The exact amount and due date will be communicated in the booking confirmation.

  3. Final payment must be made by the date specified on your invoice. If payment is not made in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit.

  4. We accept payments via specified payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or any others notified to you).


4. Changes, Amendments & Cancellation by Client

  1. If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must notify us in writing.

  2. Cancellation or amendment fees may apply, based on the policy of suppliers and the timing of your request. These can range up to 100% of the booking cost, depending on how close to the service date the change is made. akshayaindia.com+1

  3. For “no-show” (i.e., if you do not use any part of the service without prior cancellation), no refund will generally be given. travelexplorer.in+1

  4. In some cases, rescheduling (date change) may be treated as a cancellation, and you may need to pay any increased cost for the new dates. travelexplorer.in


5. Changes by the Company / Supplier

  1. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or Services before departure. These changes may be due to supplier issues, operational reasons, or Force Majeure. samtrips.com+1

  2. If a significant change occurs (e.g., major itinerary change, increase in cost), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternatives, refunds, or other options.

  3. If a tour or service is canceled by us before departure due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to provide a refund or alternative arrangement, but we are not obliged to provide compensation beyond that. desertsafaridubai.ae+1


6. Travel Insurance & Responsibility

  1. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, accidents, loss of baggage, and other related risks. JTR Holidays+1

  2. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of insurance is not included in our package unless explicitly mentioned.

  3. By booking with us, you acknowledge that the Company acts only as an agent for other service providers. We do not own or control airlines, hotels, transport, or other service providers. samtrips.com

  4. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or additional costs incurred due to acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure). desertsafaridubai.ae


7. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, health certificates, vaccinations, or other required documentation for your travel.

  2. We may assist with visa facilitation, but we are not responsible for visa denial, delays, or rejections by immigration authorities.

  3. Any fines, costs, or additional expenses due to missing or incorrect documentation will be borne by the client.


8. Client Behaviour & Liability

  1. You agree to behave responsibly, follow local laws, and comply with the instructions of guides, drivers, or other representatives.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse to carry or continue to carry any person whose behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable, and no refund will be given in such cases.

  3. You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your personal items.


9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  1. If you have any complaint during your trip, you must inform our local representative or service supplier immediately so that we have a chance to correct the issue on the spot.

  2. After your trip, if you remain dissatisfied, please submit your complaint in writing to us within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 7 days after the end of services), along with relevant documentation. travelexplorer.in

  3. We will investigate your complaint and try to resolve it amicably.


10. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itripolo’s liability to you for any claim (whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise) is limited to the total amount paid by you for the booking.

  2. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental loss or damage. Travtips+1

  3. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury resulting from our negligence (where applicable under law).


11. Force Majeure

  1. Neither you nor we will be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any of our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by Force Majeure. siyezasafari.com

  2. In the event of Force Majeure, we will use reasonable efforts to find suitable alternatives, but additional costs may be passed on to you.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates / India (choose depending on your legal base or add both if operation in both). Travtips
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.


14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and the date at the top will reflect the change. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
